Creative Ocean Hotspots:

Our ambition is to connect and empower the global collaboration across the hotspots and ecosystems of resources for innovators across ocean & renewables. TOOL combines the best of human interaction and tech for good platform capacity.

The physical starting point of TOOL was in the global marine capital of Oslo, as we conducted the pilot of the worlds first floating entrepreneur lab through the redesigned veteran ferry MS Bjørvika.

We now have several ship & floating lab projects signed up as official TOOL fleet partners, and aim to build a global ocean hotspot alliance between cities & hubs around the world.
