Cadeler is actively seeking a Marine HR Coordinator, based in either Denmark or the UK, to support its mission in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the green energy transition, specifically within people operations for maritime professionals. As Cadeler experiences rapid industry growth, the Marine HR Coordinator will be pivotal in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while drafting contracts, handling recruitment, and maintaining daily communication with colleagues at sea. Additionally, the position involves active participation in HR projects and developing career plans tailored to seafarers. Ideal candidates are highly organized, service-minded professionals with HR operations experience, proficient in MS Office, and passionate about employee engagement. For candidates based in Denmark, knowledge of Danish Collective Agreements for seafarers and fluency in Danish and English is advantageous. For those in the UK, familiarity with UK maritime HR standards is beneficial.
