Female tech founder based in Norway? Share your experiences and shed light on the gender gap of our startup community! Gloria & Maren´s enquiry: We are two students at BI who are writing our master's thesis on female entrepreneurs in the tech industry. Norway has the lowest proportion of female entrepreneurs in Europe compared to other countries, and we want to focus on and highlight female entrepreneurs to a greater extent.  The purpose of our master's thesis is to identify the needs and challenges faced by female entrepreneurs in both the start-up and growth phases of their businesses. We want to explore the potential barriers, challenges and success factors that may arise, while also considering the importance of networks, role models and access to capital.
