Diversity at 1000 Ocean Startups’ Annual Coalition Meeting

Absolutely fabulous days in Amsterdam as we’ve gathered for the annual global coalition partner meeting of 1000 Ocean Startups. It’s epic how our small group has grown since we joined Christian Lim & Alexis Grosskopf’s initiative from the very early days end of 2019. And how the WEF Lighthouse team brings it to new hights 🙌

This week I’ve finally presented an initial framework and the plan for diversifying the ecosystem - upping the game on scaling more founders across women and global south 🌱

We’ll be launching 🚀 a joint commitment framework for our partners, as well as further expanding TOOL’s global founders list up to 1.000 female founders, when the entire ocean impact world meets in Nice for UN’s Ocean Conference 💙💙💙
