Can I delete my profile? When I delete my profile, will all my personal information be deleted?

Yes, you can delete your profile. Go to My Profile on Spawn top right corner, and chose Delete Profile. This will delete all your personal information from TOOL Spawn and connected third party systems. TOOL will keep basic personal information linked to subscription to newsletters, in line with GDPR, and deactivate your personal information from our systems. Note that you have to unsubscribe from newsletters/mailing lists separately. If you have active projects, opportunities or are assigned as owner of a company profile, these needs to be reassigned to another person or ended before deleting your profile. A company profile without active owner, will be reassigned as a general TOOL Listing, and visible in the interactive map of innovators with basic publicly available information.

My company is listed or created by me on TOOL Spawn, how can I add information/videos to it, and improve it?

Once you take ownership over your company profile, you can add all types on media and information to your company profile. We have made a specific guide on how to make your profile shine

Information added to my company's profile is incorrect, how I can change it?

Once you have taken ownership over your company profile, you can open the profile and click the edit button on the top left.

How do I get my event featured on the TOOL community calendar?

Depending on your needs, you can set up an event on our Spawn Calendar that will be visible to anyone visiting our website. If you are interested in organizing an event on TOOL Aquarium or co-organizing a virtual or hybrid event with us, please contact us through the chat function or by direct contact.

How do I connect and get into contact with other TOOL companies/users?

You can explore other TOOL users and companies by using the search function or scrolling through Companies and People. Then, you can press the connect button (or follow in Companies) and message them on Spawn once they have accept your connection.
