Kongsberg Discovery is seeking a Communication Advisor & Executive Assistant to take on a versatile role that combines content creation with executive support. You'll help develop and implement communication strategies to align our vision and priorities across the organization. Tasks include managing social media content, assisting with executive schedules, and organizing events, seminars, and meetings. Who you are: You're organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking. You enjoy working closely with people and are comfortable handling tasks like calendar management, preparing presentations, and writing content for different platforms. Proficiency in both English and Norwegian is required, along with experience in communication, administration, or similar fields. Responsibilities: Create internal and external content for web and social media Produce information materials, newsletters, and presentations (English) Support event coordination and company visits Manage executive schedules and meeting logistics Assist with formal company processes and compliance Skills: Service-minded, systematic, and solution-oriented Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent written and oral communication in English and Norwegian Education or experience in communication, administration, or HR
