We are currently looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual for our Mowi Team at our sales entity Mowi Germany.  Main responsibilities and tasks: Self-reliant development and implementation of sales activities Designing plans and developing market and customer strategies to meet sales targets Pricing and working with tenders Monitor competitors, market conditions, economic changes or changes in the industry that may affect customer performance and operational efficiency Prepare sales reports, data analysis and KPI’s to follow up and secure price performance per customer Work on prospecting new customers and have a pipeline to grow the business Sales of our products and giving new ideas to customer Workshops with customers Participation in Trade Fairs Requirements: Min. 5 years of experience in sales within the Seafood industry as a Key Account Manager / Sales Manager Experiences in salmon raw material trade Fluent knowledge of the English and German languages Customer-oriented working High level of communication skills Willing to travel Curious to understand consumers and customers and latest trends Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Result driven, with the ability to respond to new demands, priorities, and challenges What does Mowi Germany offer: Challenging and exciting position in the biggest Sales Unit in Mowi Very interesting and responsible work Training opportunities and flexible working arrangements Attractive conditions of employment Ability to develop your career and experience new challenges /// Seafood People AS Seafood People seeks to create a lasting and positive impact on the Seafood industry.
