Are you going to Arendalsuka this year? TOOL & S/S Christian Radich fill the tallship with great people with a passion for ocean, new energy, diversity & circular economy - and set sail August 10-12 from Oslo to Arendal ♥️
We will again focus on the deep sea conversations, and the most important topics to enable our oceans flourishing for the future.
Last year our group included some Norway & France´s leading climate activists, Emily in Paris star & #LookDown ambassador Lucas Bravo and actress Iselin Shumba.
Stay tuned for surprises also this year.

Everything included at a special price for the TOOL Community, and the option to book accommodation for the rest of the week at a very nice price.

Packing list
The most important thing to remember when packing is waterproof and windproof. Even though it is summer, it can be cold at sea, especially on night shifts. Here is a list of what we recommend:
Passport
Light / thin sleeping bag
Warm and waterproof clothing
Beanie
Gloves
Toiletries
Sun cream
Sunglasses
Shoes with good rubber soles or boots
Towel
Personal medications
Mobile charger
Small backpack
Stain-resistant clothes
Pack in a bag that fits in your closet. The cupboard holds 120 litres. A small lock for your locker if you want this (can also be bought on board)
The kiosk on board
In the kiosk you can buy snacks, chocolates, mineral water, toiletries and souvenirs.
Washing facilities
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities on board. For trips lasting more than a week, contact the sergeant for access to a washing machine.
Mobile phone and electricity
The mobile phone has no coverage when we are in the open sea. Should a situation arise where contact with land is necessary, the ship and the office are available to assist. We have a 220 V power supply.
Seasickness and drugs
Remember to notify the sergeant and watch leader on board if you use seasickness tablets or seasickness plasters (we recommend plasters available on prescription). When using seasickness medication, you cannot participate in rig climbing for a certain time after taking it. In the sea, we have "dry" boats, i.e. alcohol ban. We have zero tolerance for alcohol use for fellow sailors under the age of 18, also in foreign ports.
